Not really. PayPal, which we use for payments, allows you a few moments to halt your transaction, but once it’s gone through we can’t refund it.

Unfortunately due to the restrictions enforced by our app store resellers we are unable to transfer subscriptions purchased directly through an app.

We recommend that you purchase your subscription in the first instance via www.learnerscloud.com.ng. This will enable you to gain unlimited access online, on your tablet and on your smartphone device using the login function on each.

To cancel your subscription please login and go to 'My account'.

All our material is developed by fully qualified iGCSE & GCSE subject teachers. It’s also checked and revised in collaboration with our network of quality assurance consultants.
All of our lessons are designed specifically for the iGCSE & GCSE curriculum. To see a breakdown of the exam board coverage for each subject, simply click onto ‘subject’ at the top of the Home Page, then select the subject you wish to check and then click ‘read more’ and you will see the coverage documents on the right of the page.
Yes, our tutor videos provide full coverage across all of the main UK examination boards. Please be aware that within each clip certain topics may exceed the content included your specific exam syllabus. For further clarification you should refer to your exam board specification.
Yes, there is a reporting function on our website. If the video is viewed for more than one minute, it will show as being watched in its entirety. Anything less than this will not register as being viewed.
